I do not have Microwave, Can I still use the Gelwrap?
Our Gelpacks are Freezable and Microwaveable. You can still use it as cold pack when required. It does get Heat up in warm water but Microwave is best to use for Heat Therapy.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email when your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at elementenergyindia@gmail.com
What do I do if items are damaged or incorrect?
We will correct any issue involving any damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at elementenergyindia@gmail.com
When should I expect to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days with standard shipping and 2-3 business days with priority shipping, but oftentimes sooner.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm PST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship out next business day.
Is any of my personal information sold or shared?
NO! We will NEVER sell or share any of your information with anyone!
Do you offer international shipping?
We don't ship to international countries at this time.
